In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on bbq4d and to access any real-money Services. bbq4d applies a strict minimum-age policy and enforces mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance in excess of deposited amounts forfeited. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful under applicable local laws and regulations. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on bbq4d. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bbq4d will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone. You must notify bbq4d's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. bbq4d will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
All Accounts on bbq4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonus amounts, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. No currency conversion is offered or required. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000, and the minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific product's terms.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in a hold on the relevant funds pending investigation. bbq4d reserves the right to return deposits to the originating payment method and to suspend Accounts where third-party funding is detected.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible, as anti-money-laundering control. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be directed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Account holder's name. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. bbq4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for standard requests, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including all Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Complex withdrawals or those flaged for compliance review may take up to 72 hours.
bbq4d does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bbq4d's control. You are advised to check your payment provider's fee schedule independently.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet a minimum wagering requirement before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. bbq4d reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winings derived therefrom, and to suspend or permanently close the Account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or risk-free betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms; coordinating with other users to fulfil wagering requirements artificially; or providing false registration information to qualify for a promotion.
All sports bets placed on the bbq4d sportsbook — including pre-match, in-play, and futures markets across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and other covered competitions — are subject to bbq4d's sportsbook rules, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the product-specific sportsbook rules, the product-specific rules govern for that category.
Live casino games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and game show titles — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented at the table, as well as the terms of the studio provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and others). All live casino results are final once the dealing round is complete. Disconnection during a live game round does not constitute grounds for a bet void; the result will stand regardless of connection status.

bbq4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds or as a result of a technical error on the Platform. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the Account. bbq4d will endeavour to notify affected Users promptly. Winings paid out in error (for example, following a game result subsequently corrected by a governing body) remain the property of bbq4d and may be reclaimed from the Account balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbq4d Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referal to law enforcement authorities:

bbq4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from gambling decisions made by you using the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that bbq4d cannot be held responsible for any betting or gaming losses incurred.

You may close your bbq4d Account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Any active Bonus Funds at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the closure date.
bbq4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; providing false or misleading registration information; or placing bets that create an unacceptable risk of match-fixing or integrity concerns.
Where an Account is closed by bbq4d for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), any balance held in the Account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, verified balances will be returned. Where a material breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part as appropriate to the circumstances.
bbq4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where change is material — for example, a change to deposit limits, wagering requirements applicable to active bonuses, or core eligibility criteria — bbq4d will provide notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the change takes effect.
For non-material updates (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or restructuring that does not alter the substance of any clause), changes may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
